T. S. Dharmarajan, MD is the Vice-Chairman, Department of Medicine, Clinical Director, Division of Geriatrics and the Director, Geriatric Medicine Fellowship Program at Montefiore Medical Center (North Division) Bronx, an affiliate of New York Medical College; he is a Professor of Medicine, New York Medical College (Montefiore Medical Center, Wakefield Campus), Valhalla, New York. He had earlier served as Chair, Department of Medicine at Our Lady of Mercy Medical Center, for 4 years prior to its transition to Montefiore Medical Center. Dr. Dharmarajan is the current President, Montefiore Wakefield Campus Physician Council and a member of the Montefiore Executive Committee.

Dr. Dharmarajan is certified by the American Boards in Internal Medicine, Nephrology and Geriatric Medicine; he is a Master of the American College of Physicians, Fellow of the American Geriatrics Society and Member, American Society of Nephrology. The coveted honor of Master-ship of the American College of Physicians is bestowed only to a select number of physicians each year; Dr. Dharmarajan was privileged to receive the honor in 2013.
