  1. This is an excellent video! I have presented over 5000 programs during my 35 year career as a nurse-attorney discussing the exact same issues but a picture is worth 1000 words and the depiction of the problems with interruptions is priceless. Also, included in the list is a question about whether Unions can help nurses. The answer is a resounding affirmative–in the absence of a strong, collective voice these problems will NOT be solved.
