will my order be shipped?
We offer several options for
shipping: US Mail (see below), FedEx overnight ($45, including
handling), FedEx 3rd day ($35 including handling), and FedEx
Saturday delivery (call our office for a quote). Please
allow 5-10 days for US Mail. Your complete street address
(no PO boxes) is needed for all
shipments.
We
make every effort to honor the shipping method selected
and cannot be responsible for emergencies—including
inclement weather—that close our office or interfere
with our carrier's delivery schedule. We cannot adjust shipping
bills because of delays due to emergencies.

What are
your charges for next day and 3rd day shipments?
FedEx overnight is $45, including
handling. Orders requiring next day delivery should be placed
by 1:00 PM Eastern
Standard Time to ship the same day. FedEx 3rd day is $35
including handling. For FedEx Saturday delivery, please
call our office for a quote.
Do you ship internationally?
No, not at this time.
Do
you collect sales tax?
New Jersey purchasers will
be charged 7% sales tax.
What
is your privacy policy?
We do not share personal or
financial information gathered on this site with third parties.
Our site uses a shopping cart system for customers to purchase
products. We also collect contact information, such as name,
address, telephone numbers, and e-mail addresses and financial
information such as credit card numbers for use in processing
and fulfilling orders. We may use the information to contact
you when necessary. Financial information collected on the
site is used only to bill you for products.
What
is your security policy?
We use SecureNet and Authorize.Net
to secure all credit card transactions.
What are alternate ways
to order products?
If you would prefer to place
your credit card order by phone, you can call us at 908-788-8227
from 8:30 AM
to 5:00 PM EST.
You may also leave us a voice mail message after hours with
the name of the product you want to order, your name, address,
phone number and credit card information. We accept Visa,
Mastercard, American Express, and Discover card.
If you would prefer to place
your order by mail, either with a credit card or by check,
you can print out a copy of your shopping cart and completed
order form and send it to

If paying by check please
make it payable to Med League Support Services, Inc. Books
cannot be shipped COD.
What
is your quality guarantee?
If you are not fully satisfied,
you may return your purchase for a refund (excluding shipping
and handling charges) within 15 days of shipment. Products
must be unmarked and in resalable condition for credit.
Two kinds of products may not be returned: books signed
by Patricia Iyer and software products (CDs, DVDs). Products
damaged in shipping will be replaced free of charge if notification
is received within 15 days of product receipt.

Does Med League offer
quantity discounts?
Quantity discounts for DVDs/Videotapes
apply to purchases of 5 or more of the same title shipped
to the same location.

Do
you offer books for instructor examination/review?
Faculty members may purchase and review a book for 30
days from the date of purchase. Simply indicate
on an order form, school purchase order, or letterhead
the books you wish to examine (maximum of three), enclose
your check or credit card information and we will be happy
to send them to you. When your bookstore or textbook purchasing
department orders 15 or more copies from
MedLeague.com, the exam copy is yours to keep at no charge
and we will credit your card or send a refund check. Should
you decide not to adopt and
do not wish to keep your copy, please
return the book to us as soon as possible within the
30 day period, and we
will credit your card or send a refund check.

What
is your returns policy?
Med League will accept returns of unused merchandise
within 15 days of receipt of order. All returns must include
the original sales receipt, a brief letter explaining the
reason for return, and the original merchandise. Refunds
will NOT include shipping and handling charges. Med League
reserves the right to refuse the return of any item. There
are no returns on any books that Patricia Iyer signed and
personalized for the purchaser. Prices are subject to change.
