Life Care Planning Service Includes

Med league provides Life care planning services for individuals with disabilities and chronic illnesses. Our team of veteran nurses, certified life care planners, and research associates have the expertise and resources to meet your needs. Med League’s highly qualified life care planners use an evidence-based methodology adhering to standards of practice to

  • Develop a comprehensive report clearly outlining the individual’s future medical and non-medical needs
  • Nursing & Home Care Analysis
  • In-Person Client/Patient Interviews
  • Activities of Daily Living Evaluations
  • Comprehensive Needs Assessments
  • Identify the costs of recommended goods and services
  • Include resources to substantiate costs

You will receive a Life care plan report that details the individual’s lifetime needs, the costs of recommended goods and services, with expected duration and frequency of replacement.

Our Certified life care planners will assist you with every phase of the case – from developing the initial assessment and report to helping you prepare for the opposing life care planner’s deposition, to testifying at deposition or trial.

Med League Certified life care planners will work with defense counsel to review life care plans presented by the plaintiff to reevaluate the need for certain treatments, the availability of less expensive alternatives to meet the plaintiff’s needs, prices, inflation rates and discount factors.
